These are the available accessories that are tailored for our Polycarbonate sheets.

Aluminum H-Connector

It is a powder coated aluminum material used to connecting 2 sheets of Twinwall or Solid Polycarbonate sheets. There are 2 strips of neoprene rubber embedded into the entire H-Connecter length used to cushion the aluminum material from direct contact to the polycarbonate sheet. The rubber also serves as an additional protection to prevent water penetration.

Is an important polycarbonate sheet installation accessory used to clip and adjoin 2 sheets of Twinwall or Solid Polycarbonate sheets. The entire material is also made out of polycarbonate material.

Polycarbonate and Aluminum U-Clips

This accessory is usually applied on the edges of the Twinwall sheets and Solid Polycarbonate sheets to complete the aesthetic appeal of the entire installation. The U-clips are also used to shield and protect the porous filtering tape from deterioration and peel off. More importantly, U-Clips are used for safety reasons as polycarbonate edges are sharp and may cause physical injuries.

Tapes

Porous Filtering Tape

Is a rolled tape with micro-holes that makes the texture porous. This polycarbonate installation accessory is applied on the lower part of entire roofing’s slope. This is used only for Twinwall sheets to prevent the entry of dirt into the hollow part of the sheets and to cause the twinwall sheets to “breathe” and prevent mold growth.

Aluminum Sealing Tape

Is a rolled tape made out of a thin aluminum sheet. This accessory is applied on the upper end or elevated side of the Twinwall sheets to prevent the entry of rainwater, dirt, insects, dust and other particles.

Self-adhesive Tape

Is a double-sided foam tape primarily used as a cushion for thermal expansion of both the polycarbonate sheets and the connectors. The Aerotape also functions as extra protection to prevent leaks in the joints.

Stainless Tex Screw

Stainless Tex Screw with Rubber

A stainless screw that is used for attaching flat sheets such as Twinwall sheets or Solid Polycarbonate sheets directly into the supporting frame or purlin. The entire tex screw set comes with a neoprene rubber that acts as cushion for thermal expansion of polycarbonate sheets and serves as additional protection to prevent leaks from seeping through the screws.

Stainless Tex Screw with Washer

Stainless Tex Screw with Washer (2 inches) – a stainless screw that is primarily used for the installation of corrugated sheets.
Stainless Tex Screw with Washer (1 1/2 inches) – used in connecting flat sheets such as Twinwall sheets and Solid Polycarbonate sheets using aluminum h-connector.

The entire tex screw set comes with a neoprene washer that serves as a cushion for thermal expansion of the different materials it has adjoined.

Sunshield Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant

Neutral cured sealants are specially formulated to be gentle and mild. It is used to seal gaps or joints between the aluminum h-connectors and the polycarbonate sheets. It is also used to prevent water from penetrating inside the material without harming your polycarbonate materials.
